Prospective clients can schedule service providers through Platinum Garage Solutions. Service providers are eligible to receive payment one day following the completion of their assigned tasks. Clients can make payments to Platinum Garage Solutions using credit cards. This payment is subsequently transferred to the service provider upon job completion. Additionally, Platinum Garage Solutions serves as a mediator to address any grievances between technicians and customers. By thoroughly examining all provided evidence, Platinum Garage Solutions seeks to resolve disputes and offer solutions that benefit both parties.
Each service procured by a client is treated as an individual order. This principle holds true even when a client places multiple orders simultaneously.
Upon booking a service, the client is expected to be present at the designated address and adhere to the appointment time. The client should remain present at the specified address throughout the appointment window. When clients cannot be physically present, they can appoint a representative. The representative must be 18 years old or older and have the ability to make payments using a valid method. To avoid incurring an additional charge – a reduced fee charge – clients must meet these conditions. This charge compensates for any expenses incurred by the technician.
All invoices must be settled within a 10-day period. Failure to do so will result in a minimum additional service fee if left unpaid.
Clients requesting multiple jobs within the same residence are eligible for discounts.
In case of a cancellation, clients must provide notification at least three hours before their scheduled appointment. To illustrate, if you have reserved an appointment between 12 pm and 4 pm, you must inform us by 9 am or earlier. A minimum of 3 (three) business hours’ notice is essential. We kindly ask customers not to leave a voicemail for any cancellations made within less than three hours. Cancellations for all service calls must be conducted with the assistance of a live agent. The live agent will then furnish clients with a code that can be used to cancel the appointment.
For appointments scheduled within three hours from the appointment time, clients have a window of thirty minutes from the moment the appointment was booked to cancel.

Refunds for orders placed by field technicians are not possible due to their immediate processing upon placement. However, cancellations for orders made through the head office should be initiated within the first three hours of order placement.
For clients seeking to self-install parts, payment for the part and shipping and handling fees are required at the time of ordering. Part returns are only accepted if the package remains unopened. Once the part is opened, it cannot be returned, and a restocking fee will be applied.
In cases where a client orders a replacement part prior to a service diagnosis, a deposit is necessary before ordering the replacement part. The remaining amount is due when the technician brings the part for installation. Should the client misdiagnose the issue and the ordered part not resolve the problem, a reduced fee will be charged in addition to a service fee.
Technicians are responsible for maintaining a clean work area after completing a garage door repair. If customers do not request damaged parts, technicians will ensure proper recycling on the same day.
